Hamaspik’s Sipuk Clinic Launches New Support Groups for Women and Girls

Hamaspik’s Sipuk Clinic Launches New Support Groups for Women and Girls

There's a reason group therapy is a cornerstone of mental health care – something shifts when people realize they're not navigating their struggles alone.

That’s why Sipuk, Hamaspik's mental health clinic, has launched three new support groups for women and girls, each designed to foster growth, healing, and connection. Support groups offer a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, build confidence, and grow without pressure or judgment.

Here’s what’s currently opening:

The Creative Journaling Group for women uses techniques such as writing with the non-dominant hand and other guided exercises, which can quiet overthinking and access deeper thoughts and emotions.

The Expressive Arts Group for women integrates a range of creative modalities into the therapeutic process, supporting emotional growth, trauma recovery, and self-awareness.

The Social Skills Group helps girls cultivate social-emotional skills so they can feel more confident, connect more comfortably with peers, and build meaningful friendships – particularly in preparation for camp.

All groups are led by qualified Sipuk therapists who combine compassion with a clear, goal-oriented approach.
