That powerful message was the heart of Hamaspik’s most ambitious, wide-reaching awareness effort campaign to date. The message went viral, reaching audiences across print, social media, WhatsApp, phone hotlines, and beyond.

The inspiration for the campaign theme came straight from the source: parents themselves.
When parents of individuals with special needs were asked what they most wanted to share, many themes emerged, but one stood out repeatedly.

Unsolicited advice hurts.

“People mean well, but it only makes us feel judged,” one parent shared.

That sentiment became the heart of the campaign — a call for empathy, not commentary, summed up in the unforgettable tagline: “Judgment is loud. Support is quiet.”

To make the message memorable – and easily received – the campaign team used a humorous approach. “The campaign invited audiences to laugh first… and think right after,” explains Mrs. Chanie Gutman, CMO.

The campaign created a “surround-sound” experience, with the message appearing simultaneously in 30 versions of ads and 15 influencer videos across print, digital, and social platforms.

The result? Tremendous reach, but more importantly: the campaign gave voice to parents who often feel unseen, and made it clear that even the best-intentioned advice can hurt.

It reminded the world that sometimes, the most powerful support is the kind that says nothing at all.
