Encouragement and Support at Kochvei Ohr’s Williamsburg Event

Hamaspik’s men’s support group hosted another event for fathers of children with special needs. It was the first event of its kind in Williamsburg, and the positive feedback was overwhelming.

Approximately 80 fathers attended, gaining tremendous support from the program. Many fathers said it was the first opportunity they had to connect with others going through similar experiences. 

The event also offered practical guidance. Rabbi Shimon Green spoke, drawing on his daily work with clients to share insights parents of children with special needs can apply at home.
