Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are a group of conditions that affect a person's cognitive ability, physical development, or both. They begin before age 22 and can influence how someone learns, communicates, solves problems, and manages everyday tasks.
Living well with IDD is far easier with the right services in place.
Hamaspik provides services to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including:

如果您的孩子之前做过评估，我们将协助判断该评估是否符合 OPWDD 的现行标准，或者是否需要更新。学校提供的评估通常很有参考价值，但并不一定包含 OPWDD 所要求的特定测试。
评估包含哪些测试？
并没有单一的标准测试。评估人员会根据孩子的年龄、发育情况和疑似诊断，从一系列评估项目中进行选择。
评估可能包括智商测试（使用 WISC 或斯坦福-比内量表等工具）、适应性行为评估（如 Vineland 或 ABAS）、自闭症专项工具（如 ADIR、CARS 或 GARS），以及根据临床判断选用的其他标准化测量方法。
获取结果需要多长时间？
预约完成且所有问卷提交后，报告通常会在三周内准备好。
